Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened & Unused: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable). It should not have been installed or modified.

  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned with all the original parts, instructions, and accessories, as well as any packaging it came with. Items without original packaging or those that have been damaged during the return process may not be accepted.

  • Restocking Condition: The product must be in restockable condition, meaning it can be resold as new.

How to Process a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer support team at [Your Email or Phone Number] to initiate the return process. You may be asked to provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  2. Return Instructions: Our customer support team will provide you with specific return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be included with the returned item.

  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Please note:

  • The refund amount will not include shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to be processed after approval.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used parts or parts that have been installed, modified, or used in any way.

  • Specially ordered or customized parts made specifically for your vehicle or modified to your specifications.

  • Electronics and software once opened, unless defective.

  • Gift cards and downloads.

  • Perishable items.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) by contacting our customer support team. We will arrange either:

  • A replacement item, if available.

  • A full refund for the defective or damaged item.

The following conditions apply:

  • Damaged items must be returned within 10 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • We may request that you provide photographic evidence of the damage before processing a return or replacement.

  • We may offer a full refund, including shipping charges, if the item is found to be damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs
